As the founder and CEO of PureSource, Jereme Sanchez brings over 20 years of industrial water treatment experience and a deep-rooted commitment to the West Texas community. A graduate of the University of North Texas and a former Area and District Manager for Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, Jereme has led high-performing teams and implemented innovative water solutions across a variety of industries.

Seeing the growing challenges of water scarcity and affordability in the Permian Basin, Jereme launched PureSource with a vision to simplify access to premium water treatment systems — without the inflated costs or outdated business models. Under his leadership, PureSource has embraced a unique, community-powered service approach that supports local programs while delivering best-in-class water quality to families and businesses.

Jereme’s passion for sustainability, innovation, and service excellence is matched only by his dedication to building something that truly gives back. When he’s not leading the charge at PureSource, he’s coaching youth sports, supporting local causes, and working alongside the very people his business is designed to uplift.

As COO of PureSource, Natasha Atkinson leads the company’s groundbreaking community-powered service model — turning everyday support activities like salt deliveries and system maintenance into meaningful opportunities for local schools, youth programs, and nonprofits.

Natasha brings over 15 years of client service leadership experience, including more than a decade at Clifton Capital Partners, where she specialized in relationship management, strategic planning, and high-touch client engagement. Her strong background in customer-centric operations and financial planning gives her a unique edge in building scalable systems that still feel personal and rooted in community trust.

With a keen understanding of what it takes to foster loyalty and deliver consistent service across diverse customer bases, Natasha ensures every PureSource customer experience is seamless, transparent, and impactful. Her vision helps bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real community value — a cornerstone of PureSource’s mission.
